Dr. Siegel's Cookie Diet
This diet is a little disturbing. The doctor wants you to only eat 800 calories a day by eating only dinner and whenever else you're hungry, you should eat his cookies. I'm pretty sure this is unhealthy. You won't be getting the recommended daily servings of anything. So all you are allowed to eat is 6 cookies and one meal a day.
"Siegal's plan is actually a very low-calorie diet, in which six of the special Siegal cookies are eaten when hungry during the day, along with eight glasses of liquid, and only one meal is eaten, dinner, consisting of 6 ounces of lean protein (chicken, turkey, fish or seafood only), plus one cup of vegetables." (http://thyroid.about.com/od/loseweightsuccessfully/a/cookiediet.htm)
This is crazy! Your body needs carbs for energy and by eating so little your body will think you are starving it and your metabolism will slow down causing you to lose less weight and store fat.
My recommendation is that you put down the box of cookies, eat healthier, and get some exercise!

I'm pretty sure 800 calories a day would not make me feel full.
I'd end up eating a box of those things in one day.
