A Different Version of the Cookie Diet!

Here is a different cookie diet you can try courtesy of my friend:

Say you are trying to lose weight. You could go to the gym for a half hour to an hour a day and only burn 300-400 calories or you could just not eat those extra cookies. Each chips ahoy cookie has about 80 calories. Hmm, that is a hard decision. Busting your butt or not eating 5 cookies.

Of course, my friend was only joking. This diet wouldn't work unless you frequently each 5 or more cookies a day. If you are a person eating that many cookies a day then you may have bigger problems like the fact that you are probably morbidly obese with several health problems.
